Bookings

Bookings can be done anytime between 08:00 and 16:00. Personal details will be required and booking confirmation will be given just after details are confirmed.

Late Arrivals

1‐10 mins late has no penalty fee.
11‐30 mins late attracts $5 penalty fee.
Over 30 mins equals a cancelled appointment and blacklisting.

Cancellations

Cancelled appointments should be communicated within 24 hours of scheduled appointment.
No call, no show will be blacklisted.

Payment

Charge of service depends on length and design required. Submission of discount and gift voucher shall be done before service commences.
